I would recommend this apartment community because of the timely manner they respond to issues and how quickly they get repairs done. The community itself is great but there's not much within walking distance, so I think it's a matter of the lifestyle of the person looking. Living at Madison Druid Hills allows you to be connected within minutes to Decatur, Midtown, Buckhead, Virginia Highlands, Little 5 Points, downtown Atlanta and much more! You can go anywhere you choose with quick access to I-85, 400, 285 and 75.

Madison has a nice atmosphere along with quality apartment interiors. The staff was very friendly and helpful in our search. I wish there was an available nit in the size wanted to view prior to application. Thank you for taking time out to provide a review.

I have been suggesting Madison to anyone who asks me where's the best place to live in Decatur. The office personal is so nice and willing to help you with any questions. And the maintenance responds in great time. This will reset any color adjustments you made and remove the accessibility widget from the website. The floor got worse and ripped completely up of the fake wood. She also said the toilet was messed up with the pressure. Yea it was it flooded my whole place and ruined most of my cloth. They said my " pit bull" was on the patio of the first floor and is a violation.

Gym and pool are average but included within rent. I love that there are sidewalks to walk on around the property with a ton of greenery, so it feels like a little neighborhood. Dog parks and valet trash are also included in rent. The only reason I haven't ranked it higher is because it's rather far from night life on the weekends, but my priority was being closer to school. Management has been slow to respond to maintenance requests, and was very misleading / improperly explained the move out process when I had to leave the apartment early. This cost me additional fees during move out because it was improperly communicated. Slow to respond to maintenance requests, also, but they've had a backlog from the previous management.
Very Unprofessional Staff
Nestled about seven miles northeast of Downtown Atlanta, North Druid Hills is a suburban neighborhood filled with diverse cuisine and shopping options. This isn't a neighborhood, so no experience to speak of. It's an apartment complex off of the highway with office buildings all around it.
The woman in the leasing office greeted me to ask why I was there in the first place. I told her I have an appointment for 10 a.m., and was just checking in early. She claimed that she had a meeting and would not be showing any units then proceeded to ask me for the name of the person who made my appointment as no appointments were booked. If you are interested in living in this establishment, remember to document every conversation as it seems they aren't very organized. The apartment and complex were good, but I would very much warn someone about the office staff.
